Maintenance and painting of the hull and deck

It is incredible how much the paint on the hull and deck deteriorates in a year. The antifouling that I put in last year more or less supported the growth of mollusks and algae. The idea this time is to sand and remove the remnants of the old antifouling and sand until you get to the base paint and put on several layers of epoxy paint (in total we got to put on 5 coats) and then put on a better quality antifouling this time in black. In addition to all this, we will paint the waterline about 10 cm higher, originally we had painted it far below. We also have to fix the scratches on the port and starboard side of the hull that I suppose are caused by the service boat when one arrives on  the sailboat.
