Repairing the sails of the boat

We had to do an archeology job to find the sails of the Caleuche sailboat. Finally I was lucky to find them stored in an old warehouse of my family. What I found is the mainsail and the genoa.
The first phase of the work was to spread them on the beach so they would be airy after 30 years or so. Luckily the sails are relatively good, we put wd 40 to the hanks of the genoa sail and to the main sail we removed all the spiders that lived in it.

Then take the two sails where Roxana. She works in the naval school arranging the sails of the sailboats where the cadets learn to navigate. Caleuche's mainsail needed to change the eyelets so we put all new ones. we also install the Harken Headboard car and the intermediate cars since the mast of the sailboat has a new Harken slug mount track installed.
And we also get some battens and cut them and adapt them to the mainsail.
